He... read more literally walked me and husband through every step with perfect accuracy and clarity, working closely with our home insurance company to make the process truly effortless on my end especially with my busy schedule. The work was astonishingly non-disruptive. The crew replaced our damaged roof with an entirely new one in just day and left the scene spotless with no nails as we have two mini pinchers and I was worried about them getting hurt in our yard after the work was done but every thing was clean. Do yourself a favor and let Steven and Thomas roofing and repair take care of your roof replacement as they do care and have passion at what there doing. Thank you again.

The issue turned out to be more complex than initially thought, thankfully the team have managed to carry out the extensive repair and it held during the recent hurricane, thank goodness! Thomas Roofing generously agreed to pay 50% towards the ceiling repair which was carried out this week. Finally its all done & very thankful we got there in the end with the very helpful support from Matthew & his regular updates!! Much appreciated! ------------------------------------------------- I’m really disappointed! In Dec 2022 a repair was carried out, it had to be done twice to get it right … in October 2023 a repair was carried out. Guess what that repair hasn’t worked as it’s been leaking again in the same location. Ceiling is badly damaged now & I cannot get Vincent to arrange a repair under a warranty he has provided. I am so frustrated! Equally if you had an urgent roof repair and you knew the ceiling was leaking, I would have had a duty of care to get it sorted asap! Unfortunately I am having to send lots of emails but no response:(

When we scheduled our new roof they gave us notice that they would be delivering the roofing supplies and a dumpster the day before our repair was scheduled.
